How high are your shipping fees and when will my package arrive?

You're the type that after you place an order you wish your package had already arrived yesterday? We feel ya, girl! That's why we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Here is an overview of shipping fees and delivery time:

Germany

Delivery time: 1-3 business days
Shipping fee: 2,90 EUR
From 18 EUR : Free shipping

Europe (EU) (Currently only Austria available

Delivery time: 4-7 business days
Shipping fee: 3,80 EUR
From 18 EUR : Free shipping

International (Currently not available)

Delivery time: 5-15 business days
Shipping fee: 4,90 EUR
From 27 EUR : Free shipping

IMPORTANT: International import duty, taxes and other fees are not included in the product price or shipping fees. Any additional charges or fees will be at the expense of the buyer. Please make sure to confirm any additional taxes and other fees with the customs office of your place of residence before purchase.

 

How will my package be shipped?

We use the services of DHL. Are you an independent, hardworking woman rarely at home? Worry not - we've got you covered! As soon as your package is on your way, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can easily track your order. Depending on your place of residence, DHL offers you different possibilities to configure your order:

  • Delivery date: Your order arrives on a day you know you won't be at home? Request another date.
  • Delivery location: You can tell DHL where the parcel carrier is allowed to leave your package to be later be picked up by you. No need to ring the neighbors door bell.
  • Neighbor of your choice: Choose which neighbor is allowed to receive your package in your stead.
  • Late night delivery: In some places of Germany it is possible to request a late night delivery (6-10 pm). For this service DHL will charge you extra fees.

 

I didn't receive my package or received the wrong product. What can I do

Oops... sh*t happens! - We try to do it as best we can, but we are just human after all, so mistakes can happen. If you didn't receive your package, please be patient and ask your neighbors if they accepted the package for you. If after a few days there is still no sight of your order or if you received the wrong item, please send us an email at support@avoa-beauty.com. We will find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

I changed my mind. Can I send back my purchase?

Did you just hear that? That was our heart breaking... All jokes aside, should our product not be what you were hoping for, of course you can send it back! Please contact us at support@avoa-beauty.com. We will email you a return slip.

Please note that as a small business we currently only accept returns if the product is sealed and undamaged.
